Checking out your Forum, and I also visited your You Tube page and Web Site. Lots of work to keep up with, but I see you have friends helping out. CB Radio needs more Helpers and less Haters, LOL. Hope to get you on a Video Gate here in S.C. Check out my Videogates on You Tube--Dirty Diaper 21,Bump Bump.

Is this still going on or is this a dead in the water group? Please let me know so I am not wasting my time and others time as well.
Thanks
Mike

It's kind of on and off. A lot of it mixes in with my storm chase team as most of us run cb radios in our chase vehicles.

Just got a CB from my mother n law and have been getting more and more interested in this topic. I am from the Beloit area and saw your page. I have it installed in my truck now. I am mostly interested if there are any other folks in my area with radios. I have not had a chance to chat with someone yet.

Thanks

Hey Franky, I am in the works on getting my CB going again too. I am putting it in my Jeep for off roading coming soon here. I didn't know if anyone else is still into it but I have not even got a reply back after trying to become a member. Anyway, maybe through out your handle and when I get it in I will chat with ya.
I hoped to find a few down in this area that still use the CB. I am from da north area. Lol

There are a few of us, but we're kind of few and far between. I get around that area every once in a blue moon but not very often.

Hi everyone, I just stumbled across your group trying to find a radio to move back to the Boston area. Wish I had run across your group when I got out here last yr! I normally run duel HR-2510's. I pretty much stay on on LSB on what we call Firewood, Ch 2 way down in the basement on one radio, and then I float on 19. Just traded my car for another truck, so I'll be getting my radios back on the air aagain soon.

Hi everyone, just got back into the cb hobby, been out of it for many years, found some of my old equipment in the basement and started getting back into it. Nice to see there are some people still keeping it alive. Glad to be a member. Thank You

Hello Mike and welcome to South Central Cb Radio! I'm glad to hear that you are bringing some of your equipment out of hiding and using it again! And yeah there are a few of us out there still who enjoy the hobby so it's not dead yet! In fact, I think it's starting to make somewhat of a comeback myself. But we shall see on that as time goes on. Until then make sure you complete your profile if you already haven't and if you want us to make a member badge for you, let me know and I'll get one made up. You can find examples of them in our photo gallery.
Sincerely,
