Walter 465 Pennsylvania says...Hello,
I am a CBer from back in the early 1970s. Came back to CB about 5-years ago and am really enjoying it. I mostly enjoy old CB radio, but hard finding any that still work. Looking for a club to join that has periodic check ins, established frequencies and set times. Would really like to take advantage of skip condition on AM radio. Any old hands out there, like me, that shoot skip on AM? I have modern CB equipment, but really enjoy old technology. Walt [email protected]
Mike says...Is this still going on or is this a dead in the water group? Please let me know so I am not wasting my time and others time as well.
Just got a CB from my mother n law and have been getting more and more interested in this topic. I am from the Beloit area and saw your page. I have it installed in my truck now. I am mostly interested if there are any other folks in my area with radios. I have not had a chance to chat with someone yet.
